I decided I didn't want to do the Win10 install today - I think I was rushing it. So I went hunting and pecking for sources to recreate a set in second life. That was a rezzable location called Slum City. Octobriana and her sister Amazonia (there's an historical reference in that name if you know the characters real world history) live in a flat above this, which for story purposes is part of Urbania alterverse.
Everything in this was created using Arcadia Asylum builds, and I've actually found 90% of that elsewhere, thanks to a Google+ community, the archives at Outworldz, and running around the Hypergrid. But it's been a long process and some of it I had top fudge or guess. Lots of reconstruction with no scripts, and missing some textures, but it looks like the SL original, as much as it needs to for the story. This is important, because the next story starts here.
