The only bit of the old Urbania City group I want to recover. This is a memorial to the Void Rupture 20 years before. I'm reworking things a bit, so that the Twin Islands will now be Urbania city, and what was Urbana will be discarded for a Sratis West group. It'll all make sense in the end.
