COMPARISON:
The revised version (at left) has lifts OUTSIDE the main framework, whereas the previous version (at right) had them inside. I've swapped over the positions of the solar cell arrays with the helipads which makes better sense given the position of the control tower.
FRONT VIEW:
The extended level at top of this end is the living area. I suppose I ought to place some supports underneath, like under the Helipad at rear.
