I spent most of the day rebuilding the grid. Something when wrong when I tried to split a group in two. For some reason there were conflicts and deleted rgions just WOULD NOT DIE. So it was easier to make the next iteration of the grid using backups of the regions and avatar inventories.
The snapshot below shows a place marker for an oil rig in the new High Seas group.
