I've positioned only the Transmission Towers (and not the lines) as a place holder while I finish adding buildings. Locations can change, so rather than spend lots of energy on fiddly adjustments of the lines, far better to do that after the buildings are finished. What might not be apparent here is that I'm rebuilding sidewalks and cultured grass (essentially a flat box with a grass texture on top) as used on the top area.
I'm quite happy to add a second switchback as well, because the route covers up the subway underneath (also covered by a few textured sculpties just now). But the main roads skirt the urban areas so that more buildings (and narrower roads) can be placed there. I'm thinking of moving the warehouse somewhere else as well. In Slum City it was a neat urban structure you could play around with, but it seems out of place where it it is at the moment. That's expensive real estate up top!
Maybe I'll move it to the NOT SURE YET area. It'd make sense to put it near the main road and a railway station.
