Ok, the base sort of floats in the middle of the air, but why make part of the structure from one of the heaviest materials available? I discovered three textures from three different locations that matched up and look like thin steel plating attached by rivets on a frame. A lot lighter, but but probably hot and stuffy working in it.
I also added ceramic tiling for the bathrooms and rec area, and added a set of four "state rooms" underneath the main helipad. The Quackems will live in one of these, and the other three are mostly vacant, available for University bigwigs and other VIPs. I deliberately picked the tackiest wallpaper I could find for these.
